Colorful Skies- Stormy sky along Highway-1



Pacific Coast Highway or California State Route-1 is popular for running through some of the most beautiful coastlines in USA. It is a scenic route with numerous attractions such as state parks, waterfalls and wildlife viewing areas. Some day I will post on all the attractions along this Shoreline Highway!


Pacific coast if very synonymous with fog! I was never bored to drive on this part of CA. Rocky cliffs, shore, amazing sunsets and the tide pools always brought me here. I am posting this picture from archives, one of the stormy days I drove along the Big Sur section of the highway. Happy skywatching.

    poetic and painterly - just spent last weekend driving along the coast by Santa Barbara to Malibu - similar landscape - we Californians are spoiled! Happy SWF!
