Pachmarhi is the only and beautiful hill stations in Central India. It is popularly known as Queen of Satpuras and lies inside the Satpura Biosphere Preserve. At an altitude of 3500ft the little town is a tourist retreat and bustling with tourists, touts and has a strong presence of Army base. Pachmarhi is 144KM from Bhopal, capital city of Madhya Pradesh.

Colorful Skies- Sunset at Pachmarhi
Pachmarhi is a very popular hill station of Madhya Pradesh. People on family vacation, newly wed honeymoon couples, bunch of college kids all of them were sitting or standing here, swatting mosquitoes, at sunset (or Forsyth) point to view this magnificent sunset of Pachmarhi.

Colorful Skies- Sunrise at Pachmarhi
Dhoopgarh the highest point in Satpura National Park, Pachmarhi-Madhya Pradesh, is a place from where tourists watch sunrise. Early morning at 4:00AM going all the way up driving on vomit inducing winding roads was an experience. Once there, in the bone biting cold waited for the Sun to rise and shine, illuminate the whole world. With me were many!!
