Colorful Skies- Clouds over Joshua Tree National Park

Joshua Tree National Park is one of its kind. Though not so popular like other national parks in California it has a beautiful desert landscape. The blue sky and the cotton-y clouds in the afternoon make make the place spectacular.

During my short trip here I just drove around on the lonely roads. Amazing experience!

  1. yap while driving around aimlessly without a particular destination can be really bad for the environment, it however has high therapeutic value. a drive in the countryside however short never fails to pick up my mood and brighten my day. it's my medicine.

  7. Such a fascinating landscape, so full of stark and mysterious beauty. My Mom loved to tell the story of her trip with a friend to Joshua Tree National Park when she was a young Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton. Of course, she and her friend thought they would be spending the weekend camping in a forest of fir and pine and spruce trees, with maybe a few oaks and aspens thrown in! She was dismayed when they got there. LOL (It's all about expectations, I guess!) I think your photos do a great job of capturing its unique beauty!
